1. Definitions

• Company: Refers to TECHT Labs, the operator of onBench.
• Platform: Refers to the onBench website and associated services.
• Client: Refers to individuals or entities hiring developers via the platform.
• Developer: Refers to the software professionals available through onBench.
• User: Refers to any individual accessing the platform, including Clients and Developers.

2. Services Provided

onBench connects Clients with Developers on a staff augmentation model. The platform facilitates:

• Developer recruitment based on project requirements.
• Contractual arrangements between Clients and Developers.
• Tools for tracking project progress and payments.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Clients and Developers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• The Company reserves the right to verify User information and deny access if eligibility criteria are not met.

4. Platform Usage

• Clients may browse developer profiles and submit job requests.
• Developers may create profiles and apply for roles posted by Clients.
• All communication and transactions must be conducted through the onBench platform unless expressly authorized.

5. Payments

• Clients agree to pay fees for services as specified in their agreements with Developers.
• Payments may be processed via fiat currency or cryptocurrency options provided by the platform.
• onBench reserves the right to deduct service fees from payments made to Developers.

6. Confidentiality

Both Clients and Developers agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during projects.

7. Intellectual Property

• Any intellectual property created during a Client's project belongs to the Client, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
• The platform retains ownership of its design, technology, and proprietary tools.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Company acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of services provided by Developers. Users agree to indemnify the Company from any claims or damages arising from disputes between Clients and Developers.

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for operations conducted in the UK and Singapore law for those conducted in Singapore.
