To qualify for an in-depth vetting process, the agencies must meet the following criteria:
  • At least 20 full-time employed Mid-to-Senior level engineers skilled in modern, in-demand web3 technologies
  • Engineers located in South East Asia, providing close proximity to our customers for seamless real-time collaboration.
  • Experience working with US-, UK- or EU-based customers, with the ability to provide testimonials, and case studies.
  • Experience working in English. Engineers' language skills are subject to independent verification
  • Able to provide documents for due diligence procedures (for entity, identity, and bank account verification purposes, talent background checks).

Agency vetting includes:
  • Contacting 3rd party references, including past customers and local industry organizations.
  • Assessment of the agencies’ recruitment, retention processes according to Standards of Recruitment & Retention.
  • Assessment of the agencies’ personnel development strategies according toStandards of Personnel Development.
  • Technical test tasks and interviews with a few of the agencies’ engineers.
  • Meetings with the agencies’ representatives, including CEO, CTO, CFO, PMs, and other top roles.
  • Assessment of legal records.
  • An on-site visit by a representative.

To qualify for an in-depth vetting process, the agencies must meet the following criteria:
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in software engineering;
  • A minimum of an upper-intermediate (C1) level of English proficiency verified via video call
  • Extensive knowledge of software engineering best practices and tools, e.g. Agile, Git;
  • Experience working in multicultural environments;
  • Experience working in fast-paced workplaces with minimal oversight;
  • Ability to shift working hours by up to 3h to increase time overlap with customers.
